By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, booking a court, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt unauthorized access to any system or data
• copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• interfere with the normal operation of the website
We reserve the right to suspend or block users who violate these rules.
2. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing or using any portion of our Services—including booking courts, registering for events, or visiting our website—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including members, guests, and participants in clinics, leagues, or tournaments. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our Services. By using our Services, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
5. SMS and Communication Agreement
By creating an account or booking a court, you expressly consent to receive communications from Pickleball Junction regarding your account, bookings, and facility updates.
SMS Consent: You agree to receive recurring automated text messages (e.g., booking confirmations, waitlist alerts, promo codes) at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP.” For assistance, text “HELP.”
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Memberships, Bookings, and Fees
All memberships, court bookings, and programming are subject to fees listed on our website or displayed at the facility.
• No Refunds: Payments for memberships, court rentals, and events are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing by Pickleball Junction.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
• Payment Processing: We use third-party platforms for booking and payments and are not responsible for errors or claims arising from their use.
7. Personal Property
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the facility. Please keep your valuables secure.
8. Cancellation Policy
To maintain fairness and availability, cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
• Deadlines: Cancellations must be made within the timeframes listed on our booking platform.
• Penalties: Failure to cancel within the required window may result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.
• Club Cancellations: We may cancel bookings due to weather, maintenance, or force majeure. In such cases, credit may be issued at our discretion.
9. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all players and guests must adhere to Club rules:
• Attire: Proper athletic attire and non marking court shoes are required.
• Conduct: Harassment, unsportsmanlike behavior, or disrespect toward staff or property is not tolerated.
• Termination: Violations may result in immediate removal and termination of membership without refund.
10. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
By entering the facility or participating in any activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity, including injury, illness, or death. You release Pickleball Junction, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability arising from your participation or presence. A separate signed waiver may be required prior to play.
11. Intellectual Property
All content—including logos, designs, text, media, and marketing materials—is the exclusive property of Pickleball Junction. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our written permission.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, especially if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the Club or its members.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions or pursue claims in court. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Your continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
